We're growing, so we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Program Managers (Trainers & Assessors) in Kyabram, Shepparton, Ararat, Hamilton, Warrnambool, Maribyrnong and Coburg to deliver the following nationally accredited learning programs;

  • Building Experts Working in Ageing Support & Disability Program, successful completion includes CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support  & CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability
  • Starting Out Working in Aged Care & Disability Program, successful completion includes CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support

Partnership Managers (Business Development & Account Management) - Full Time

We're growing so we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Partnership Managers (Business Develoment & Account Management) to take responsibility for managing and expanding our clients based in the South West including within the following Local Government Areas: Greater Geelong, Ballarat, Central Goldfields, Moorabool, Yarriambiack, Hepburn, Ararat, Colac-Otway, Corangamite, Glenelg, Golden Plains, Hindmarsh, Horsham, Moyne, Northern Grampians, Pyrenees, Queenscliff, Southern Grampians, Surf Coast, Warrnambool and West Wimmera. This Full Time role would ideally suit somebody based in Ballarat or Geelong who would report remotely to our head office in Melbourne.

Partnership Managers (Business Development & Account Management) - Part Time

We're growing so we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Partnership Managers (Business Develoment & Account Management) to take responsibility for managing and expanding our clients based in the North and West including within the following Local Government Areas: Banyule, Brimbank, Darebin, Hume, Moonee Valley, Moreland, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Wyndham, Whittlesea, Buloke, Gannawarra, Greater Bendigo, Loddon, Macedon Ranges, Melton, Mount Alexander, Swan Hill and Mildura. This Part Time role would ideally suit somebody based in the North West Suburbs of Melbourne, or may suit somebody in the northern outer fringe of Melbourne who would report remotely to our head office in Melbourne. This is a Part Time position equivalent to 4 days per week.
