plan, initiate, undertake and finalise investigations,
document and present evidence in court including exhibits and witnesses,
communicate with a client service ethos,
understand and implement safer work practices to better protect yourself, your colleagues and your community,
parking control and regulation specific to a local government context,
identify & interpret animal body language and behaviour and how to respond appropriately,
other animal management disciplines including, pound procedures and seizure,

There’s no tests or exams and you’ll benefit from learning in live interactive virtual workshops sessions where you can share and swap your experiences alongside others.
Our live interactive virtual workshops sessions are highly interactive and you can have all your questions answered just as if they were all in the same room. These workshops have been designed to provide you with the ability to undertake your learning program during the COVID-19 outbreak from the safety of your own home.
Sessions are scheduled 1 x weekday (9am-5pm) every 3 weeks, to help you manage your existing commitments.
We’ve included extra coaching days within the program to help you stay on track and to help ensure that you keep a healthy work/home/study balance
Skills First Program funding* is in place to support you if you meet the eligibility criteria.
There are no additional materials costs (all your materials are included) or Admin Fees, and payment plans are available if you need one.
Our next program commences on June 15 and successful completion includes the nationally accredited qualifications ACM40117 Certificate IV in Animal Control & PSP40116 Certificate IV in Government.
