A specialist program created to build upon your existing expertise and support you to become a confident, capable and skilled support worker supporting older people and those living with disability.
It's the Personal Care and Disability Support Workers that makes the difference to a person's lfe, supporting them to love a 'rich life' with dignity.
This program will equip you with the latest best practice knowledge and skills, building confidence so that you and your clients have a great day every day!
You'll be assessed as you go (no tests or exams) and undertake supervised practical placements to practise skills & knowledge. All supervised practical placements are organised and scheduled by Warner Institute.
