Successful completion includes the nationally accredited qualification CHC53415 Diploma of Leisure & Health.
We'll build upon your existing knowledge and experience and support you to become a more confident, skilled and knowledgeable leader working in the community services sector.
The content and delivery of this program has been specifically created based on feedback from the those working in the sector to develop leaders who can understand and perceive future needs, adapt behaviours and then plan and implement new programs to successfully meet these needs.
You'll by supported to learn cutting edge leadership methods including emotional intelligence techniques. The content includes new approaches to team building to acheive maximum engagement, development of persuasive communication techniques and application of the service delivery chain to achieve high levels of client centred service.
