1. Working in a leadership role, and would benefit from formal leadership training to complement your clinical skills
2. People working in leadership roles, as case managers, team leaders, support coordinators, clinical care coordinators, and other management or team leader roles in organisations operating within the Aged Care or Disability sectors;
3. Working as Personal Care Worker, Support Worker, Lifestyle or Activities Coordinator or Assistant, and are preparing for your next role as a leader in the sector, or
4. Working in a leadership or management role in another sector, who wants to move into a rewarding role where you can see the difference you make to others.
